Agree there is no cure/vaccine/eradication method for this. What I believe some videos and sites that use the term "cure" are possibly meaning how to make an outbreak subside and suppress for the future. Obviously not a true "cure", but possibly some ways to more quickly get rid of an outbreak or prevent one altogether. Some instances I've read about would be reducing arginine and increasing lysine in your diet. Getting sleep. Reducing stress. Applying coconut oil. Etc. But anyone claiming they have a special pill, vax, or medication claiming full cure? Nope.
